Good Morning, I am writing to express my thoughts for new rule SR-NSCC-2022-003 and its potential to deplete market transparency. This proposed rule seems to not represent the retail investor's interest of having a clean and fair market. I firmly believe there is corruption within Wall Street and rules like this only make it easier for them. The Securites and Exchange Commission is supposed to be here to protect and represent the people of Main Street, not the corporate greed of Wall Street. I hope this email is seen and taken in to consideration when voting on passing this or revoking it. Thank you,
