To whom it may concern The following is my comment on File Number: SR-NSCC-2022-003 As a retain investor I am strongly opposed to this rule as it is written. This rule will not protect the investors that the SEC is sworn to protect and will instead lead to more fraud in the markets causing more investors to lose faith in our system. I ask that this rule is rejected immediately and that any similarly proposed rules in the future be rejected. Thank you for your time in this matter.
