To whomever it may concern, As a retail investor witnessing the blatant and open fraud going on in my investments I was also once again sickened to see the same criminals at hand trying to once again flip over the monopoly board and change the rules, this rule would greatly destroy our free and fair markets that the great country of America has. I am hoping this rule is not passed as it would just go and show how truly rigged and shameless they are, this rule cannot pass and I trust the SEC to do the right thing, Thankyou for taking the time to listen to a deeply concerned retail investor.
