Hello there, I’m writing to you as an individual American investor to stop this from ever going into effect. 003 allows swaps for positions that are legally required to be closed or covered instead so it’s not needed in any way. Likewise moving all this onto what’s essentially a reverse repo for sore losers allows them to keep from ever completing any trades that aren’t beneficial to themselves- that’s the opposite of fair and free markets and directly steals profits from American investors like me! Don’t allow firms or banks to dictate terms to American consumers, stand up for the little guys like me whose ability to meaningfully participate in the markets is being eroded by garbage like this Thanks, Todd S
