Hello, I am very disappointed at the proposed rule SR-NSCC-2022-03. Everybody deserves a free and fair market. As a retail investor I feel like the stock market is geared towards helping the rich ONLY, and this rule is proof of that. I am a retail investor who in the past couple of years seen my portfolio be affected in a negative way by short selling. After losing most of my hard earned money, a rule was proposed that would further help the same people who take advantage of people like me. We all deserve a free and fair market.
