I'm an Italian investor, I invest in the American market and I believe it's not fixed a sudden game rules change. It's unfair to benefit those who have abused the system, give them the option to delay payments and / or get away with cash and FTD. In investments you win and lose in compliance with the common rules. When I lose I pay, when they lend me something I give it back. We should investigate how market makers generate shares. Regulate and control the use of dark pools. Punish irregularities, not only with fines but by requiring the closure of operations in respect of investors. Otherwise I will appeal to justice in all its forms, to myself and to other European investor groups. Claudio Forti
