To those at the SEC I am writing on behalf of the retail investment movement. This proposal, if put into effect, would be devastating and the most corrupt act, and would destroy any worth retail traders have. We would be essentially the puppet to the hedge funds and banks who believe they have the right to not pay their debts. We, the American people, deserve a fair and free market Yet time and time again banks and hedge funds seek to take that from the common men and women who have built this great nation. I implore you, do what is right. Block this proposal, and do what is morally right. I close now with a reminder- those who have sought to put this rule into effect, the hedge funds and banks, have debts they owe to millions of upstanding Americans. They should not be allowed to shuffle their debts or kick the can any further. Thank you, and God bless America
