To whom it may concern, I am sure you have received many comments regarding this new rule. The market should not exist to protect those who are over extended and promote unnatural price manipulation. There is enough rampant corruption with Dark pool trading, insider trading, and suppressing of retail purchases via payment for order flow. Passing this rule, would only promote injustice in the market. Please reconsider Sincerely, Dharm Sodha
