Dear Sirs good morning, I am writing to you as an Italian investor in the American market, to which I hear the news with great discomfort and disapproval of the change in the rules regarding the possibility of delaying payments and leaving without damage with liquidity and the FDT. I find that this illicit practice fosters abuse and manipulation of the financial system. If justice is equal for everyone, I ask your institution to investigate how Market Makers generate stocks and use dark pools. As an investor I ask that you assert my rights and those of other European investor groups and if necessary we will appeal to your justice in all its forms, because I believe that the market must also protect retailers who are harmed by this sick financial system.
