Rule SR-NSCC-2022-003 does nothing to protect retail investors or promote a fair and transparent market. The actual words "transparent/transparency, retail and fair" do not appear a single time in the 188 pages outlining the proposed rule. Retail investors are not even a consideration. Stop protecting Wallstreet and start protecting retail. This is bigger than 2008. The world is watching...do your job.
