Writing as a retail investor who has watched the market workings closely over the past decade. I’m amazed at the lack of transparency in the market, and SR-NSCC-2022-03 does nothing to instill confidence in my belief of a fair and equitable market. Please do away with this ill-aimed rule and work quickly towards a fair and equitable market before all confidence in the US market is gone. Dan Garren
