SR-NCSS-2022-003 does NOT work in favor of retail investors and WILL inevitably lead to the complete loss of market transparency. The amount of transparency we already have is so low, this will give those engaging in white collar crime even more leeway to hide naked shorts. The market is supposed to work in the favor of the little man. That is supposed to be what makes this country make sense, free markets.
