To whom it may concern, I'm writing to assert that the proposed rule SR-NSCC-2022-003 should NOT be adopted. This proposed rule must be rejected. If not, it would allow certain powerful actors to suppress the share price of any stock they targeted. The validity of the market itself would be undermined.
