Please do not accept SR-NSCC-2022-003. Security financial transactions will not benefit ANY retail investor. This proposed rule would make it much easier for those with larger sums of money, to make more money at the cost of the retail investor. Please consider the potential abuse that this proposed rule can cause within the market.
