Regarding SR-NSCC-2022-003, this rule is similar to legalizing check kiting but on a securities level. Let me inform you that check kiting is illegal. If we allow check kiting to be legal what would happen? Everything would fail! This rule is a free money hack! Reject this rule! I disapprove!
