Hello, As a retail investor I do not agree with or support this proposal SR-NSCC-2022-003. This change would be only of benefit to the financial institutions which are illegally naked shorting. It will increase the number of fail-to-delivers and allow these institutions to manipulate our market to their gain. If any of you have an ounce of integrity you will not follow through with this proposal. Respectfully, Jacob Darley
