What is this new rule your proposing now? This is going against the retail investors who you're supposed to protect. Also what happened to you guys creating transparency in the market? What happened to SR-NSCC-2021-010??? I swear this is corruption at its finest and you know it. Gary Gensler should be in jail along the rest of you. Karma exists and I hope you live to see it...
