Hello, I have spent a considerable amount of my retirement and regular savings investing in the NYSE NASDAQ stocks despite the fact I am Canadian and should be supporting my own country's growth. I am strongly opposed to SR-NSCC-2022-003 due to the lack of transparency it represents. Please hear my voice, and others like myself, and stand up for the ethical and moral choice. Let's nip this in the bud and stop this rule at the preliminary SR-NSCC-2022-801. Thanks, Joe Smith British Columbia, Canada
