Respectfully to whom it may concern, This proposal is absolute nonsense. It seems to be another attempt to overly complicate verbiage to continue to pull the wool over the common retail investors eyes. I do NOT support these implementations. I and the rest of the retail community are begging for the SEC to start enforcing rules and regulations that are already on the books instead of trying to implement rules that only further perpetuate issues already existing issues!
