To whom it May Concern: This proposed rule change does not align with what Mr. Gary Gensler says is a free and fair market. I, alongside many others, do not believe this is in favor of retail traders. It is clear this proposed rule change is to be used as an advantage by Market Makers. I do not support this rule change or any others that constitute the same legislation. This will continue to put retail at a greater disadvantage to the already powerful Market Makers. Please listen to the broad community of retail traders who also show disdain for this rule and others like it. I hope the SEC makes the wise decision to pull the legislation down and does not consider anything of the sorts like it. Thank you for your time. -Kristian
