Hi, How is it possible that after SR-NSCC-2021-010 being rejected last year due to its fraudulent nature, we have now a new iteration of it called SR-NSCC-2022-010? If Gary Gensler and the SEC have any respect left for retail investors of the US markets, this rule will not pass.
