To whom it may concern, I’m deeply troubled by the proposition of this rule. In a market already rife with transparency issues and exploitable vulnerabilities this rule would only exacerbate some of the biggest issues. Different versions of this rule continue to be proposed and it’s very disheartening. Please shut down this and any future attempt and further exploitation of the country’s most vulnerable.
