I respectfully submit this email asking the SEC to do the right thing and reject the proposed rule SR-NSCC-2022-003. Clearly it is designed by and intended for the Wall Street powers who have consistently and systematically violated laws which has led to the current position they find themselves in. Even the SEC is aware of the ongoing corruption that exists in the financial markets and if this rule were to pass, it would be condoning the law breaking that has been ubiquitous for so many years.
