Good day, I am an individual investor that is concerned about this proposed rule being enacted. It further enables a system that continues to act in the interests of large firms and market makers. Weakening a fair market and continuing a pattern of more complexity rather than clarity on how our markets operate and benefit investors. I oppose the approval of this rule.
