This comment pertains to the SEC's recent rule proposal: SR-NSCC-2022-003 This rule is a clear cut way to further allow large institutions and hedge funds more influence over a market they already dominate. However retail investors are growing not only in numbers, but also in there knowledge of the inner market mechanics. I'm sure you're well aware of this, and if this rule passes whatever happens on-fourth, will be watched by thousands of eyes.
