To whom it May Concern: I do not support the proposed rule changes, as it serves to benefit market makers and treat retail investors like trash. The purpose of the SEC is to ensure fair market mechanisms. This proposed rule change goes against whatever the SEC 'claims' to do. Please listen to the voice of the people.
