A resounding NO to this proposed policy. The SEC considering SR-NSCC-2022-003 for approval is extremely upsetting. Myself and many of my peers are watching every move that the Securities and Exchange Commission makes. It certainly appears that the SEC feels that certain parties are above the laws that are in place to protect us, the American people. Do not allow SR-NSCC-2022-003 to pass as it is clearly only in place to protect the privileged few who have openly abused your lack of oversight. In my opinion we are the most beautiful thing a democracy can produce. We are many and we know when what you are doing is wrong and you will be held accountable.
