To whom it may concern, It has come to my attention that once again, the SEC is trying to implement rules to protect the fraudulent marker makers in our “fair and open” markets. You allow these illegal activities to harm the retail investors not only by looking the other way, but by encouraging it by implementing these “rules”. You are all in bed and just as guilty as these criminals and are lining your pockets off the backs of the working class. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.
