Greetings Denizen of the Securities and Exchange Commission's mail box! This proposal is bogus. Who wrote it? Anyone (read: corporation) who has interest and stands to gain from the outcome? This proposal does not benefit retail investors, and instead allows large hedgefunds to continue manipulating the market. It is another way these market makers can continue their business which consists of legally short selling a businesses stock, creating FAKE shares, and never having to come to call on them.
