To whom it may concern, After reading these proposed rule changes I am appalled. Rule changes such as these are destroying already degrading trust in the markets and doing nothing to protect individual investors. A truly free market needs transparency, not more obfuscation. How much longer will our government and regulatory bodies protect and encourage bad actors within the markets? It is these same bad actors that crashed our markets in 2008 with their greedy and dangerous behaviors. Thank you for your time and consideration, Amir S. Sandhu
