To whome it may concern, I DISAPPROVE of these proposed changes (SR-NSCC-2022-003). I feel that this is not in the best interest of retail investors and the broader public. We require more transparency in the markets. These changes would only serve to benefit the companies who would be able to use these changes to continue hiding their malicious financial practices. As a retail investor I believe in the American people, not the corporate elites. We are better than this rule change, and it would be detrimental to our markets as a whole. I disapprove of SR-NSCC-2022-003. Thank you, -Alex Boser
