Hello Althought I have absolutely zero faith in the sec and doing anything to protect retail investors, I find it crucial you stop trying to pass rules, such as the one in my subject, that only benefits the criminals you continue to protect and screws retail investors yet another time. The crash of 08 showed the world how rigged our system is and by continuing to pass rules like this will only help support that evidence. You are protecting the very few and screwing over the millions with your lack of action and continuation of avoiding the real issues at hand with dark pools and synthetic shares aka naked shorts….There is no reason on God’s green earth why nothing has been done yet to stop it and passing more rules to support it will only be another time the SEC has proven to be detached from the real issues which is obviously done intentionally at this point.
