Hello, The rule being proposed would just allow large institutions to get away with more than they already do. This rule does nothing to help the retail investor and everything to help market makers get away with more of the same. Maybe it’s time to start looking out for retail and the American people instead of making another complex and unnecessary rule to help reckless institutions. It has been disgusting to learn how the market really works over these last couple of years and it makes me want to lose my confidence in the entire market.
