Hi there, I am a retail investor and do NOT agree with this proposed rule. This proposed rule would make the markets more complex and even less transparent than they already are, which hurts the retail investor and will ultimately hurt the market. The retail investor will have even less clear information to use when making investment decisions if this rule is passed. Not being able to make educated investment decisions due to more complexity and lack of transparency in the markets lends itself to retail investors losing faith in the entire market system. Many have already begun to lose faith in the markets, and look elsewhere for investments. Why would someone want to participate in an opaque and rigged system? The answer is, they won't. Please do NOT pass this proposed rule. Thanks.
