I would like to comment on SR-NSCC-2022-003 I’m that I vote to it’s moving forward. Due to the obvious lack of transparent he market and the obsessive dark pool abuse to the retail trader. Changing the laws whilst a department of justice investigation is ongoing is not only UNFAIR to the retail investor but suspicious to criminal behavior. I vote no in the passing of this movement. It is immoral and an egregious attack on the hard working people of this country.-- Cheers, Ian K.
