To whom it may concern, I am a retail investor and I oppose this rule (SR-NSCC-2022-003). It does not create transparency in the market and does not benefit the everyday retail investors. This is a fundamentally corrupt attempt to allow marketmakers who overplay their hands while manipulating prices and tanking our actual economy to shirk their financial responsibilities, and it is patently antithetical to the American dream. Ultimately, this rule doesn’t promote a fair market and should NOT be adopted. Thank you, Zach T.
