To Whom it May Concern, This is a letter to state my disappointment & disbelief that SR-NSCC-2022-003 is once again being brought to consideration. The SEC's job is to protect the average American's interests in the stock market. This rule does nothing to aid in transparency for retail investors & fails to support the best interests of average investors in any way. This rule only protects Wall Street from having to play by the same rules as we do. I trust that you will do the right thing and reject this rule change. Thank you, -- Keegan Clinton
