Hello! To whom it may concern, The proposed rule of SR-NCSS-2022-003 is in my view as a retail investor a giant catastrophe. I currently have investments in the US equity market, and this rule is a total disregard for my investment. I do not feel safe or validated by the current theme of providing liquidity by this rule. In fact, it would facilitate FTDs by market makers, and the effect on investors would be an irreparable damage. I urge you from the bottom of my heart. I am screaming from the top of my lungs. Stop this legislation right now. Withdraw it, and never propose a rule with similar functions or purpose.
