To whom it may concern: As a retail investor from Europe I am highly concerned by the content of the new proposed rule SR-NCSS-2022-003. I believe this rule will be extremely harmful for retail investors and will undermine the integrity of the US stock market by further worsening the situation with financial obligations, i.e. FTDs, naked short positions, etc. I strongly ask you to remove this proposed rule and and to avoid proposing something similar again in the future.
