Hello, I'd like to share my concerns regarding SR-NSCC-2022-003. It appears to essentially introduce avoidance of market price discovery through onward lending, removing significant risk of so-called "naked shorting" in its current form. I hope the rule is reconsidered and/or revoked. Thank you, Jody Hesch
