SEC, You must stop enabling this level of awfulness. The proposed rule SR-NSCC-2022-801 is unconscionable and profoundly upsetting. From the perspective of retail, how can any reasonable person be anything but upset, frustrated, and angry? You are the SEC, you are supposed to fight for retail.
