Hello, My name is Jacob Ishee and I am an individual retail investor. I am writing today to express my opposition to proposed rule change SR-NSCC-2022-003. FTD's and abusive naked short selling are a significant issue in current markets, resulting in lack of transparency and unfair and unfree markets. This rule would give additional leverage to large institutions and market makers to further manipulate markets. Please, do what is right to reestablish integrity in American securities markets.
