Hello people whose oaths are supposedly to uphold fair and equitable markets for all participants. This rule (SR-NSCC-2022-003) is a free ticket out of the theft of billions in hard-earned investments of the average American person. Stop pandering to the same elites who have repeatedly risked the health of the American financial system. Instead of permitting share-counterfeiting and Failures-To-Deliver, those who permit these transgressions should pay (in full) the dollar value of their error at the time of commitment.
