Hello, I am an individual retail investor and i want to voice my oppinion about the rule proposal of the rule that i titled this e-mail in. I will make it short and sweet; I highly oppose this proppsed rule as it is only worsening the potential of a transparent market, this rule is nothing but sinister and the meaning of it is to continue practice dishonest and illegal activities in the stock market. If this rule where to be accepted and enacted, i would completely lose faith in the us stock market entirely, and millions of others would aswell. Regards: Olle
