To Whom It May Concern, This intention of this email is to express my extreme opposition to SR-NCSS-2022-003; A rule that is written at the expense of retail investors both in the United States and abroad. Our markets require transparency and should allow for honest price discovery. This rule does nothing to accomplish this while continuing to create mistrust of between retail investors and the insidious corporations who run wall street.
