Hello, after reviewing the proposed rule SR-NSCC-2022-003 and as a retail investor, I ask that you do not go forward with this proposal as it would undermine any self regulated risk management for brokers and market makers. If you do allow this to pass you would be turning the free and fair stock market as we know it into a literal casino with no repercussions to those that would take on too much risk and lose.
