I think this along with other similiar propositions are setup to unfairly punish retail buyers and reward the worst practices of the hedge funds that are corrupting wall street. I believe these companies have been doing unfair and illegal practices to manipulate things to work out for them and I believe this is just more of the same and is harmful to anyone not profitting off the attempts by these big companies to manipulate the markets for their own gain.
