To whom it may concern: I simply do not support this proposal because it is very clear this rule is being created to protect the corruption that exists in the stock market. If this rule passes, then this further proves how unfair the system is against retail investors. Please reconsider and for once make some positive changes to this failure of a system (to retailers) that is currently being abused by corrupted short sellers and institutions. The corruption and greed on Wall Street is blatant and obvious, do something about it. Thank you, Rosario
