Hello, I am writing to urge you to reject SR-NSCC-2022-003. The proposed rule change would allow for FTDs to continue to plague our markets. It is a short-term solution to a problem which never should have been allowed to occur in the first place. Please do your part to ensure fair, orderly, and efficient markets by rejecting this proposed rule change. Do not sacrifice fairness and orderliness in the name of efficiency.
