Please for the love of avoiding another 2008 do not let this turn into law. This has been removed twice already now, and bad actors want to make it possible to be even worse actors. I could go on as to why this is a horrible idea to pass but I'm sure you've read emails on it. Retail stock trading is under attack, as Gary Gensler himself said that 95% of trades happen on a dark stock market. That isn't a free and fair market, and if you let this pass, they'll be able to turn the 5% left into a total sham of fraud.
